After getting picked up, we will transfer to a local market to buy fresh ingredients for the cooking experience and learn the basics of Vietnamese shopping culture.  With the ingredients ready, let's learn how to cook the 4 most iconic Vietnamese recipes that almost everybody would like to try in Hanoi. Our host/ instructor will guide you through the cooking process while sharing Vietnamese cultural stories. Please specify if you have any special requests/ dietary restrictions so that we can adjust an appropriate menu.   The cooking is organized in a nice local villa with a beautiful garden and lots of green trees and flowers. Let's enjoy relaxing and chill moment!  As a Cultural Hub, we will do cooking and having meals together like an authentic Vietnamese family does. Vietnamese cooking is simple! Don't worry if you are at beginner level, it is not a professional cooking school but our kitchen will be where your passion for cooking is nurtured!   Our maximum number of participants for group cooking experience is 10.
